How to collect birthdays from a group chat
The fastest way to get everyone's birthday is to ask the group once. People answer in seconds when it's one tap.
Steps
- Copy the message below.
- Paste it in your group chat (family, friends, work) and send it.
- Each birthday that comes in goes to your list to review. Approve the ones you want.
The message
I'm saving everyone's birthday so I don't forget yours. Add it here: [your link]
Why a link works better than asking for replies
Replies get lost in the chat and you still have to type each date. With the link, each person adds their own name and date, and nobody else in the group sees them.
Start your list before the next one.
