Reminders not arriving?

Most of the time it's one of these five things. Go through them in order.

1. 1. Look in spam and Promotions

   Search your email for reminders@getvelita.com. If a reminder is in spam or in Gmail's Promotions tab, mark it as not spam or move it to Primary. The next ones will follow it.

2. 2. Add us to your contacts

   Save reminders@getvelita.com as a contact. It's the surest way for reminders to land in your inbox.

3. 3. Send yourself a test

   In Settings, tap Send me a test reminder. It comes from the same address, right away. If the test arrives, your email works and the next step is your settings.

4. 4. Check your settings

   In Settings: email reminders are on, reminders aren't paused, and the time zone is yours. Reminders go out at the hour you picked, in that time zone.

5. 5. Check the person

   Open the person on your list. Their reminders need to be on, with the days you want. People you imported start with reminders off until you turn them on.
